I don't know what is about Arctic Monkeys, but they always make me sing

He tenido que cambiar de canción para poder escribir esta entrada, porque mi condición masculina me impide llevar a cabo dos actividades de distinta naturaleza a la vez; y o canto, o escribo... una de dos.

Hay cosas en la vida que te hacen saltar, que te hacen cambiar de rumbo en tus pensamientos y mirar en otra dirección; no hablo de distracciones superfluas, sino de canciones, poesías, historias, ideas, frases, sonrisas, emociones... detalles que a uno le hacen pensar que la vida no solo la mierda que nos echan día a día en el café de las 7 AM. Hay personas que necesitamos hablar de lo que vemos, escuchamos, leemos y sentimos. Ese será el sentido y, en gran parte, el cometido, de este blog... no es un propósito de año nuevo, sino una vuelta a las andadas que llevo retrasando demasiado tiempo. Intentaré escribir todas las entradas en español y en inglés, pero no prometo nada... ni sobre un idioma, ni sobre el otro.

I've had to change song so that I can write this post, as my masculinity prevents me from carrying out two activies of different natures at the same time; I can either sing or write... only one of them.

There are things in life that make you jump, that make you change the course of your thoughts and look in another direction; I'm not talking about superfuous entertainment, but about songs, poems, stories, ideas, phrases, smiles, emotions... details that make you think that life isn't just all that shit we get in our 7 AM coffees every day. Some people need to talk about what we see, what we listen to, what we read or what we feel, and that will be the sense, and largely the duty of this blog. This is not a new year's intention, but an intention to fall off the wagon that I have been putting off too much time. I'll try to write all my posts in Spanish and English, but I can't promise it... neither about a language nor another.
